- Middle School Guide/Teacher (Humanities and Social Studies. This is a full time position for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking a creative, collaborative, and dynamic educator to join our Middle School (Adolescent) program. As part of a three-guide team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a rigorous yet supportive environment tailored to the unique developmental needs of the adolescent. This is not a traditional "classroom teacher" role. You will be a mentor, academic specialist, and co-manager of a self-contained, 7th and 8th grade combined classroom community of approximately 30 students engaged in real-world work, from cooking and nutrition, to community service, running small businesses, and several overnight tips into the broader community.
