After touring the school, submit an application for enrollment, accompanied by a student photo and a $50.00 non-refundable application fee. For students who have prior school experience, the application should include all school records and evaluations (if applicable). A records request form is available to download here: Request School Records. For applicants at the lower elementary level and above, a completed Teacher Recommendation Form is also required.
