Board of Directors Annual Meeting April 11, 2023 | Proxy Form

Dear Undercroft Community, Please see the attached notice on behalf of the Board of Directors. Tuesday, April 11th, 2023, the Board of Directors will have its annual meeting of the membership at 7:00 p.m. in the middle school east classroom. This meeting will include an election of the board of directors. All members are eligible to vote in this election. Members include all persons who have a child currently enrolled at Undercroft and all persons currently serving on the Board of Directors. All are invited to attend and participate. A proxy form is available HERE to the notice for those unable to attend the annual meeting. Please let us know if you have any questions. fUNDERaiser is April 22nd!

Undercroft’s 22nd Annual fUNDERaiser will be Saturday, April 22nd from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at Rucker Warehouse in Downtown Tulsa!! This year’s theme will be “Peace Love & Tie Dye” and will feature student artwork, live and dessert auctions, wine pull, and much more. Go HERE to buy tickets and learn more! Kids’ Camp: April 7th (NO SCHOOL during conferences)

Middle School will be hosting “Kids’ Camp” as childcare for UMS enrolled students during conferences on Friday, April 7th. Reservations are required and the cost is $50 per child. Please download and fill out the attached form and return it to the office ASAP (first come/first served). Hard copies only please (and are available in the office for your convenience). Cash and checks only, made payable to Undercoft Middle School. Undercroft Middle School operates several business ventures throughout the school year, including Peace, Love, and Honey (honey sales featuring pure raw honey from Tulsa bees), Kids’ Camps (typically held throughout the year during conferences and summer school), annual book fairs, and Kids Kreations fundraiser. For each business, our middle school students learn important life skills by operating all aspects of each business. All proceeds benefit the middle school business program, which raises money for middle school adventure trips as part of their curriculum. Download the form HERE

Please join us, Thursday, January 5th for an all-level parent education – ALUMNI PANEL DISCUSSION! This evening provides an opportunity to hear directly from alumni as they reflect on the benefits of an Undercroft education, share their experiences and discuss making the transition to high school and beyond.
